What the service is

We publish a single page for your practice at a link you choose, and turn a patient's selections into a message addressed to your WhatsApp or SMS. We are not a booking system, a medical record, or a party to your relationship with a patient. Messages travel between the patient and you.

Your account

One account, one page. You are responsible for what is on your page — that your qualifications, registration number, fees and timings are accurate, and that you are entitled to practise as described. Do not publish someone else's identity or credentials.

If you publish before-and-after images, you are confirming you have the patient's consent to do so, and that doing so is permitted where you practise. Several countries restrict advertising of this kind for cosmetic procedures — that is your regulator's rule to follow, and we cannot check it for you.

Reviews

Reviews are written by patients and appear immediately. You can reply to a review; you cannot delete one. That is the point — an average you could curate would not mean anything. We will remove a review that is abusive, defamatory, obviously fake, or that identifies someone's medical details. Ask at hello@profilink.cc and say why.

Plans and billing

The free plan is free permanently and needs no card. Paid plans are Plus at $7 a month or $70 a year and Pro at $15 a month or $150 a year, charged in US dollars. Every new page gets the paid features free for 15 days with no card and nothing to cancel.

Payment is taken by Polar, our merchant of record, who issues your receipt. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.

If you stop paying, your page stays live. The link keeps working and no patient is stranded. What switches off is the booking form, your published timings and fees, your treatment list and your before-and-after results — patients land in a normal chat instead. Nothing is deleted, and paying again brings it all back.

Refunds: if something we built is broken, write to us and we will put it right or refund you. We do not refund for a month you simply didn't use.

What we don't promise

We do not promise you patients. We do not promise a particular position in search results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service — this runs on infrastructure that occasionally fails, and when it does your page may be briefly unreachable.

Nothing here is medical advice, and the page is not a channel for emergencies. Your page tells patients so.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like; ask us and it goes, along with your page, photo and reviews. We may suspend an account that impersonates someone, publishes another person's credentials, or is used to harass. We would tell you why.

Changes

If these change materially we will email you before the change takes effect. See also the privacy page.
