Most private doctors have the same problem and none of them describe it as a website problem. Patients find them on Instagram, tap through to a WhatsApp number, and send “hi”. Then six messages establish what a page could have said in four seconds: where you sit, when, what it costs, and whether you treat what they have.
What we built instead
One page, published at your own link in about five minutes, that answers those four questions before anybody has to ask. When a patient does message, they have already chosen their concern, the clinic and a preferred time — so the first message you get is a complete enquiry rather than the start of a hunt for one.
The enquiry arrives in your ordinary WhatsApp. We are not in the middle of it, there is no separate inbox to check, and nothing a patient tells you is stored by us.
What we deliberately don't do
We are not a directory. Directories rank you against other doctors, put competitors under your name and charge for the introduction. This is your page, your link and your patients — there is nobody else's advert on it.
We don't curate your reviews. Patients write them and they appear immediately. You can reply; you cannot delete. An average you could edit would not be worth showing.
We don't promise you patients. A page cannot do that, and anyone selling you one is guessing. What it can do is stop you losing the patients who already found you and left because they couldn't work out your timings.
Where this is up to
Profilink is new and small, and run by one person. There is no sales team and no support queue — an email reaches the person who wrote the code. If something is broken or missing, saying so genuinely changes what gets built next.
The free plan is free permanently and is not a crippled trial: a published page, your photo and credentials, your clinics and a message button, forever, without a card. The paid plans add the structured booking form and the analytics behind it.
